Tarezin Community Guidelines

These Guidelines apply to profiles, comments, photos, videos, 3D objects, place posts, and interactions on Tarezin. Follow them whenever you use the service. They form part of our Terms of Use.

Adults only

Tarezin is for adults aged 18 and over. Do not create an account or participate if you are under 18.

Respect other people

• Do not harass, threaten, shame, stalk, or target another person.
• Do not post hateful content or attack people based on protected characteristics.
• Do not impersonate someone or misrepresent your connection to a person or organization.
• Do not expose private addresses, location patterns, contact information, documents, or other personal information in violation of a person’s rights.
• Respect image, voice, privacy, and publicity rights when including other people in content.
• Do not spam, manipulate likes, coordinate abuse, or repeatedly post disruptive content.

Keep content lawful and safe

• Do not post pornography or sexually explicit material intended for sexual stimulation. The adults-only age requirement does not permit this content.
• Do not post sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate material, sexual content involving minors, or requests for such material.
• Do not post credible threats, instructions for violent wrongdoing, graphic material intended to shock, or content encouraging self-harm.
• Do not buy, sell, or promote illegal goods or services through Tarezin.
• Do not post scams, unauthorized advertising, sponsorship, paid promotion, or commercial spam.
• Do not upload malware, deceptive or corrupted files, or 3D objects intended to harm or interfere with devices or services.
• Do not collect, infer, publish, or misuse personal information about others in violation of their rights or applicable law.

Upload only content you may lawfully share

You are responsible for the content you upload and the permissions needed to make it available through Tarezin. This applies to photos, videos, music, artwork, trademarks, 3D models, and people’s images and voices. Check the rights before uploading; attribution or purchase alone does not establish permission.

Public 3D files can be shared and downloaded where the app offers those actions. Before uploading a model, check that its license permits that distribution. A download button does not give a recipient ownership or unrestricted reuse rights. See the Terms of Use for the content license and rules governing downloads.

Use physical places responsibly

• Do not use AR while driving, crossing a road, or performing an activity that requires your full attention.
• Do not trespass or enter restricted, private, hazardous, or sensitive areas to create or view content.
• Do not create placements or posts intended to mislead people, obstruct public spaces, or encourage unsafe behavior.
• Follow property rules and instructions from authorities and site operators. A virtual placement does not grant access to a place.
• Pay attention to the real environment. GPS, maps, camera tracking, and device sensors can be inaccurate.

Understand who can see your activity

Place posts can be Public, Friends, or Private. Public content can appear in discovery, place experiences, profiles, and sharing features. 3D objects are public place content.

Post visibility does not control every item of profile or place activity. Profile counts and maps can show places where you created or participated in content even when a viewer cannot see the underlying post. Read the Privacy Policy before sharing information about sensitive places or routines. People who can access content may save or share copies outside Tarezin.

Report concerns and use blocking tools

Use the report option on the relevant upload, comment, profile, or 3D object. Explain the concern accurately and provide enough detail to identify the issue. Use blocking tools to limit interaction with another account. Do not submit knowingly false reports or use reporting to harass someone.

Selected profile text and comments are checked for objectionable terms. Filtering can make mistakes and does not assess every meaning in photos, videos, or 3D objects. User reports and manual review remain important.

For urgent physical danger, threats, exploitation, or another emergency, contact local emergency services or the appropriate authority. Tarezin’s support and reporting channels are not emergency services.

Copyright and other rights complaints

If content infringes your rights, email [email protected]. Identify the content, explain your rights and authority to complain, provide contact information, and state the action requested. See Support or Copyright and Takedown in Settings for complaint requirements.

We may request clarification, consider an uploader’s response, remove content, or take other lawful action under the Terms. Content may be removed before a dispute is finally resolved. Tarezin does not determine final ownership as a court would.

Review and enforcement

Submitting a report does not automatically hide content. Authorized reviewers may assess the report and relevant content, request information where appropriate, dismiss the report, remove an upload, comment, or 3D object, or clear reported profile information. A disagreement alone does not establish a violation.

Under the Terms, Tarezin reserves the right to remove or restrict content, suspend publication during an investigation, preserve relevant evidence, or restrict or end access where reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, security, or serious or repeated misuse. The available response depends on the circumstances. We may act without prior notice where appropriate or required by law.

If you believe a decision is incorrect, email support with enough information to identify the decision and explain why you disagree. Review does not guarantee restoration. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

The Privacy Policy explains how report and moderation information is handled and retained. Reports are not guaranteed anonymous; include only necessary information.
