Tarezin Account Deletion Help
You can permanently delete your Tarezin account from the iOS app. Deletion removes your account and its associated content from the active service. Read the information below before continuing; deletion cannot be undone through the app.
Before you delete
- Save any content you want to keep, using the available download or save options. You may also contact support to request access to your account information before deleting it.
- Your profile, posts, comments, likes, friendships, blocks, and owned 3D objects are removed from the active service with the account.
- Collaborative banners you owned remain as places but are released to the system, without your account as owner.
- Copies saved or shared by other people outside Tarezin are not recalled.
- Limited records may remain for lawful retention, security, complaints, or disputes, as explained below and in the Privacy Policy.
- Deleting Tarezin does not delete your Apple or Google account.
Uninstalling the app, signing out, or removing a sign-in permission from Apple or Google does not by itself delete your Tarezin account.
Stopping TestFlight testing also leaves your Tarezin account in place. Use the deletion process below. Contact support separately about beta feedback or diagnostic information held by Tarezin; Apple handles its own records separately.
Delete your account in iOS
- Open Tarezin and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Open Settings.
- Find Danger Zone and select Delete Account.
- Read the confirmation and continue only if you want permanent deletion.
- Complete the verification shown for your account.
- Confirm the request and wait for it to finish. If an error appears, follow the message or contact support; do not assume deletion succeeded.
Password accounts
Enter your current Tarezin password when prompted. If you cannot remember it, use the password-reset option or contact support for help accessing the account.
Sign in with Apple accounts
Complete the Apple reauthentication prompt for the linked account. Tarezin attempts to revoke its Sign in with Apple authorization where the required authorization information is available. Your Apple account remains separate from Tarezin.
Google Sign In accounts
Complete the Google reauthentication prompt for the linked account. This verifies the Tarezin deletion request and does not delete your Google account.
What deletion removes
Successful deletion removes the account and associated records from the active service and invalidates its account access. This includes the profile, posts, comments, likes, social connections, owned 3D objects, and associated ordinary reports removed by the deletion process. Removal of managed profile photos, uploaded images and videos, thumbnails, and owned 3D files is also initiated. Storage cleanup and removal of residual copies may not finish at the same moment as account removal.
Collaborative banners are released rather than deleted, so the place can continue without the deleted account as owner. Other users’ independent accounts and contributions are not deleted simply because they used the same place.
Records and copies that may remain
Relevant support, privacy-request, copyright, takedown, or moderation records may be retained where needed to document a request, comply with law, address abuse, or establish or defend legal rights. Security logs and backup copies may also remain after deletion from the active service.
Retention depends on the type of record, the purpose for keeping it, applicable legal duties and limitation periods, unresolved complaints or incidents, and the time needed to remove or overwrite stored copies. Retention for these purposes does not authorize unrelated reuse of your content or indefinite storage without a lawful purpose. Retained personal information is deleted or anonymized when it is no longer lawfully needed. Contact support for information relevant to your request.
Tarezin account deletion does not erase media saved in your device’s photo library or copies another person or service has retained. It also does not remove responsibility for earlier unlawful conduct.
If you cannot sign in
Email [email protected] with the subject “Tarezin account deletion help.” Provide the account email or another identifier and explain the access problem. If you used Apple’s email relay, include the relay address if available.
We may ask for limited information to verify that you own the account or are authorized to act for its owner before processing an irreversible request. Do not send passwords or sign-in codes. Verification can affect processing time; applicable legal requirements and deadlines still apply.
Reporting content from another account
You do not need to delete your account to report content or exercise a privacy right. Use the relevant in-app report option or contact support. For copyright, trademark, image, voice, privacy, or other rights complaints, follow the Copyright and Takedown guidance.
