Tarezin Support

Last updated: September 24, 2026

For help with your Tarezin account, privacy, content, or app use, email [email protected]. Tarezin is an augmented-reality place service for adults aged 18 and over.

Describe the issue and include the screen, action, and any error message. If relevant, include your device model, app version, and a screenshot with unrelated personal information removed. Never send your password, sign-in codes, or authentication tokens.

Location and AR

Why location is needed

Tarezin uses your location while you use the app to find nearby places, position content, and check location-dependent posting and interaction rules. Some interactions also depend on recorded participation at a place. GPS may take time to settle, especially indoors. See the Privacy Policy for how location and place activity are handled.

Why camera or photo access is requested

The camera supports the AR experience and captures you choose to make. The system media picker lets you select photos or videos, and the app requests permission where needed to save captures to your photo library. These actions do not automatically publish a capture.

When you cannot post or interact

Check that location permission is enabled while using Tarezin and allow accuracy to improve. Some actions require you to be near the relevant place or object; others depend on earlier participation. Move only when safe and permitted. Do not enter restricted or unsafe areas to use a feature.

How 3D object likes work

Adding a new like to a 3D object requires proximity in the AR place experience. You can remove your own like later without returning to the place. Discover does not provide 3D object likes; sharing and downloading may be available there for public objects.

Content and visibility

Place posts can contain photos or videos with Public, Friends, or Private visibility. Users can also create comments and public 3D objects. Post visibility is separate from profile and place-activity information. Profile maps and counts can reveal place associations even where a viewer cannot see the underlying post.

Public 3D objects may be shared or downloaded through the available features. Upload only files you have permission to distribute this way. Downloading a model does not transfer its copyright or grant unrestricted reuse rights. The Terms of Use explain these responsibilities.

Tarezin currently has no advertising placements, ad-network SDKs, sponsored AR banners, or paid sponsorship placements.

Using the 3D Library

In Create, open the plus menu and choose 3D to view the supplied models. Select a model, preview it, choose its size, and use Place in AR to continue to placement. The import button lets you choose your own USDZ file. Placement remains subject to location and availability checks. The Terms explain permitted use of supplied models and your responsibilities for imported files.

Map data

Street-based planned banners use OpenStreetMap data, © OpenStreetMap contributors, under the Open Database License. The app also uses Apple map services. Map information can be incomplete or inaccurate and does not establish permission to enter a place.

Reports and blocking

Use the available report option on an upload, comment, profile, or 3D object. Use the block option from the relevant profile or interaction screen to limit contact with another user. Authorized reviewers assess reports; submitting one does not automatically hide the content or guarantee removal.

If you want a moderation decision reviewed, email support with the affected content or account, the decision if known, and the reason you believe it is incorrect. Include only information needed for the review. Reports and complaints are not guaranteed to be anonymous.

For an emergency or immediate threat to someone’s safety, contact local emergency services or the appropriate authority. Tarezin support is not an emergency service.

Email [email protected] with the subject “Tarezin rights complaint.” The Copyright and Takedown link in the iOS Settings Legal section leads to this guidance. Include:

Do not send unrelated private records or copies of identity documents unless we request them through an appropriate verification process. Tell us if the complaint involves an urgent safety or privacy concern. If you cannot provide one of the details above, explain what is missing and give the information you do have.

We may ask for clarification, assess the complaint and relevant response, remove content, dismiss an unsupported complaint, or take other lawful action under the Terms. Submitting a complaint does not itself suspend publication. Tarezin reserves the rights described in the Terms to act during an investigation; it does not decide final ownership disputes as a court would.

Privacy requests

Email [email protected] with the subject “Tarezin privacy request.” State whether you want access or a copy of your data, correction, deletion assistance, portability, restriction or objection review, consent withdrawal, or help with another privacy right. Include your account email or another identifier that helps us locate the account. You can contact us even if you cannot sign in.

The Privacy Requests link in the iOS Settings Legal section opens this guidance. We may ask for limited information to verify identity or authority before releasing or changing account information. Do not send your password or sign-in codes.

You can edit supported profile information in Settings. For deletion, use the verified in-app process when you can access your account, or contact us for help. For access requests, we can provide information about your account, including an account-data export where appropriate. Authentication secrets and information protected by law or another person’s rights are not included in the response.

Requests are handled under applicable legal requirements and time limits. We will explain any lawful reason that prevents us from fully fulfilling a request. See the Privacy Policy for your rights and how information is retained.

Account deletion

Open Settings, find Danger Zone, select Delete Account, and complete the confirmation and reauthentication shown. Deleting the app alone does not delete your account. Read Account Deletion Help before continuing.

Troubleshooting

AR does not start

A nearby place does not appear

An upload does not complete

Feedback and responses

TestFlight feedback

For a beta installed through TestFlight, you can also send feedback through TestFlight. Describe the steps, expected result, and actual result. Review screenshots before sending them and exclude passwords or unrelated private information. The Privacy Policy explains beta diagnostics and feedback. Testing does not make uploaded content private or exempt it from the Community Guidelines.

In app feedback and support

Use the in-app feedback form for bug reports, ideas, and general feedback. You may provide a contact email if you would like a reply. The form includes limited context, such as app version and source screen, to help us understand the issue.

Response times depend on the nature and urgency of a request and the information needed to resolve it. Applicable legal deadlines remain in effect. For privacy requests, rights complaints, account access, or other help, contact [email protected].
